Swedish description in the Heraldica record

I fält av silver en stolpvis ställd blå ström eller en genom vågskura bildad blå stolpe åtföljd av två röda kopparmärken varunder två röda flammor.

The municipal graphic manual describes how the logo is used; it does not provide a separate confirmed blazon. The automatically assembled Swedish wording in the Heraldica record remains separate registry information.

The arms as part of the municipal logo

According to the manual, the logo combines Ljusnarsberg’s municipal arms with the words “LJUSNARSBERGS KOMMUN”. It specifies black, white, blue and red for the logo, as well as a black-and-white version when colour printing is not possible.

Contexts in which the identifier is used

The manual describes the logo as an identifier showing the municipality’s responsibility, rather than primarily as a geographic marker. It is to be used when the municipality is explicitly an organiser, co-organiser, owner or sender. The source does not discuss the arms’ historical origin or the meaning of individual motifs.

Heraldic elements

The heraldic elements are identified using HERO, a heraldry ontology published through Finland's Finto service. It provides structured terminology for describing coats of arms and their components. The list describes the structure of the arms, not the symbolic meaning of its elements.
