Similarities
Both designs place the vertical arm of a cross toward the hoist, and the cross reaches the flag edges.
Differences
Denmark’s cross is white. Norway’s cross is blue and outlined in white. The Norwegian cross therefore adds a third colour to the red field, while the Danish design uses red and white.
